Inspire. Empower. Achieve.
At RTMA, students are encouraged to “Raise The Bar” in every facet of their schooling experience. Students accomplish this through their rigorous class schedule, high standards and expectations, and attention to detail. Outside of the classroom, there are a plethora of opportunities by which students become engaged in the greater community as well.
Our Segulah Honors Society recognize those students who give of their time (minimum of 40 hours during the school year) and dedicate themselves to others. Our students rally for Israel in New York and in Washington, D.C. Through their own efforts, guided by the Director of Student Life, Rabbi Yisroel Rich, they organize and manage blood drives, clothing drives, and toy drives.
Our sports teams work towards creating a sense of team and school spirit. From basketball to baseball, and hockey to soccer, among many others, students can learn key elements of camaraderie and sportsmanship, demonstrating middos and fair play.
Weekly clubs at RTMA include areas of interest to our students to round out their educational experiences. Some offerings include CPR training, criminal forensics, mock trial, debate, chess, Model U.N. (YU), contemporary issues in Halacha, Gildor science competition, and more.
Our Shabbatonim, onegs, trips, Color War, Layl Iyun, Rosh Chodesh breakfasts, mesibot, Father-Son Yom Iyun, and much more, offer our students and their families opportunities to be engaged and inspired throughout their years at RTMA.
